About Us

Since taking over the Stephan Langton Inn in May 2015, owners Anneliese & Lee are passionate about restoring the excellent reputation the Inn has enjoyed in previous years. Already double award-winners at the 2016 Surrey Life Food & Drink Awards, the Inn has also been named as the place to eat by The Sunday Times, with our focus on good quality local and traditional food and drink clearly having been noticed. With major changes already made to the look and feel of the Inn and nominated by guests as ‘Dog-friendly Pub of the Year’ too (dogs are permitted in the snug & bar area, not in the restaurant), the Stephan Langton Inn has quickly risen through the ranks on TripAdvisor as a highly recommended Surrey country pub and restaurant.

Passionate about serving local ale, fine wine (supplied by local independent retailer The Vineyard) and freshly prepared seasonal produce, locally sourced wherever possible, the new offering at the Inn prides itself on quality and consistency, from the kitchen to the table and on outstanding customer service.

Anneliese & Lee have already improved and freshened up the look and feel of the Inn and invested in new woodburners just for starters. Of course everything takes time, so please bear with us while we make our improvements.
